Complaints, Comments or Concerns

Here at Whitby Health Partnership we aim to provide a high standard of care and service to you, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.

We welcome constructive criticism and comments about the service you have received from any of the healthcare professionals and or any of the staff working in this practice.

What you need to do

You can raise your concerns immediately with the person concerned, as they may be able to resolve your concerns without the need to make a formal complaint or you can ask to speak to a manager.

Should you feel that this is not an option or that it has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can raise your concerns or complaint in with the the Practice Manager.
