Can we ask that patients do NOT use the Online Consultation service for anything urgent or that needs medical attention within 72 hours, for these problems you will need to ring the surgery at 8am. We can only offer next available appointments which could be 2 weeks ahead although we strive to offer something sooner where possible
Make use of the service during business hours and avoid any queues on the telephones. Our online consultation submissions are capped each day to help us manage them in a timely way and can be submitted each day from 8am Mon – Fri. If you need to discuss a problem then you can still telephone the surgery but for anything routine we encourage you to make use of the online consultation service where possible, just click here
Our main entrance door and telephone lines are open between 08:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
We use telephone triage to assess each patients needs and our reception team are trained to ask certain questions in order to ensure that you receive the most appropriate medical care, from the most appropriate health professional, at the most appropriate time.
We appreciate that it can be difficult to get through to us on the phone. If your query isn’t urgent try calling after 11am when the lines are quieter.

If you have been asked to attend the surgery where possible we ask that you you not to arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time
